We can create IP networks for short and medium term use on an event site, enabling staff, contractors and delegates to stay connected while at your event. It all starts with a reliable IP based network, be that Fiber, Copper cabling or point to point wireless links along with routers and switches. On top of this we can then add WiFi and other devices to enable staff to be more productive and delegates better connected. We can add additional services like QoS traffic shaping to enable access to resources remains consistant under high traffic loads. We understand that other contractors may need the use of our IP networks, and we can provide segregated VLANs for this purpose. If you have multiple sites we can also provide site to site VPN links over the public internet.
Almost everyone needs to be connected in this day and age, and most people look for WiFi to be provided at your event. On top of our IP networks we can provide WiFi AP's to cover your site, enabling staff and delegates to access the internet and other services that may be requried. We provide Manged WiFi with Zero hand off so devices can roam without interuption or disconnection.
We can provide CCTV, along with displays for management and secuirty staff, providing eyes to remote or congested parts of the site. We can also provide on-site DVR recording solutions should this be needed for event secuity or be a requirment as part of your event license.
We can provide VoIP phones in locations where staff need to communicate or for where mobile signal is not sufficient. For staff who need to roam, we can provide WiFi enabled VoIP handsets. We provide on-site PBX hardware to enable advanced call features like ring groups, IVR queues and voicemail as well as call routing to and from external numbers.
Audio Visual over IP is something we really understand. We have both hardware and software that can get Audio and/or Video from point A to point B on site, or accross sites. We have expert experience with Dante, the leading AoIP solution and are certified in this. We also use low latency solutions based on NDI and RTP to deliver video from point A to point B. We can also deliver solutions based on SIP or H.323/239 using hardware codecs from Cisco and software.
